Anne is a Solicitor in the firm’s property department where she advises clients on all aspects of will drafting and estate planning. Anne has wide ranging experience in all areas of probate and administration of deceased estates, and has acted in a wide variety of litigious probate cases.
In addition to her probate practice, Anne has comprehensive experience in all areas of conveyancing and property law and provides advice across the whole field of buying and selling residential and commercial property, refinancing, and commercial letting. She has acted for a local authority in relation to compulsory acquisitions for major road schemes and for a prominent voluntary housing association in multiple acquisitions under the Capital Assistance Scheme. She also represents and advises a leading financial institution in relation to property sales as mortgagee in possession.
Anne graduated from U.C.D. in 2000 with a Master’s Degree and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. She also holds the Law Society’s diploma in Commercial Property and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Planners.
