Since the commencement of the recent economic crisis we have advised a number of banks in relation to security and enforcement issues and have undertaken work to correct and remedy security. We have been appointed to the NAMA Enforcement panel.
We also act in mortgage enforcement on behalf of a number of lenders. We currently act in a significant number of possession applications.
Our corporate group advises in relation to the enforcement of loan and banking security, in conjunction with our property and development group, who advise in relation to title, construction, development, environmental and legal compliance issues.
