Paul McMahon

Paul McMahon practises in the area of banking and finance, property and construction.  He also practices as a solicitor in England and Wales and heads our England and Wales practice.

 

 

Paul has extensive experience in acting for bank and financial institutions in relation to a wide range of security, banking and financial services issues. He has acted for commercial, property and development lenders as well as homeloan lenders and other financial services providers. Paul has also acted for a number of leading property investors and developers over the last 15 years.

 

In 2004 Paul founded our England and Wales practice.  In this capacity, he undertakes work in England and Wales in a variety of areas including banking, financial services, commercial development, agriculture and residential property. He works closely with our other England and Wales Solicitor in relation to a wide variety of legal services in England and Wales including litigation, property, trusts, probate, commercial law, taxation and employment law.

 

 

Paul qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland in 1992 and in England and Wales in 2004. He is a qualified Attorney in New York State.

 

Paul is a Qualified Tax advisor and member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor and also holds qualifications in Banking and Compliance. He is a member of the Institute of Bankers and the Life Assurance Association.
