Mark Homan
Mark advises clients on commercial matters, specialising in commercial litigation. Mark advises in shareholder and contract disputes, employment law, licensing, land disputes and also leads our debt recovery team. Mark is experienced in the area of insolvency , including attending at creditors' meetings on behalf of company directors, creditors and liquidators. Mark has acted for liquidators, receivers and examiners.
Mark graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in Business and Legal Studies and trained at Lavelle Coleman . Mark also has a diploma in commercial law awarded by the Law Society of Ireland. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2005. Mark gives tutorials in insolvency to trainee solicitors in the Law Society and is a member of the Irish Institute of Credit Management.
