- offering advice regarding the obligations of developer directors, owner directors and individual owners pursuant to the Companies Acts 1963-2009 and the Multi Unit Development Act 2009;
- preparing notices and agendas for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company and any necessary board meetings;
- attendance at the AGM for the company and any board meetings;
- advising on the content of minutes of the AGM and the obligations of the board in respect of same;
- advising the board of management generally in respect of the requirements under the Head Lease for a development and the covenants on the part of the management company that are contained in same;
- providing legal advice in respect of any breaches on the part of individual owners under the terms of the Head Lease which are often also set out in the House Rules and advice on the possible resolution of any disputes that arise from time to time;
- provide all company secretarial requirements including the provision of a registered office address and all filings in the Companies Registration Office;
- providing legal advice regarding the memorandum and articles of association of the company and any amendments that may be sought or necessary to improve the management of the company.
