Laura Corrigan
Laura Corrigan is a solicitor in our Litigation Department, where she specialises in the areas of Employment Law and Family Law.
Laura advises clients on all the full spectrum of employment law and human resources, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and putting relevant procedures in place, such as disciplinary, grievance, dignity in the workplace and health & safety.
Laura also advises on the legal issues surrounding termination of employment and redundancy and related packages.
She has represented clients in claims before the Equality Tribunal and advises on all aspects of the Employment Equality Acts.
Laura also advises on all aspects of family law and relationship breakdown, including separation, divorce and various ancillary reliefs such as custody, access, maintenance, pensions etc. She has extensive experience in representing clients in the District, Circuit and High Courts.
Laura is a graduate of the University College Dublin where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Civil Law Degree in 2005. She obtained a Distinction in a Law Society Diploma in Commercial Litigation in 2009. She is also admitted to practice in England and Wales.
