Laura Bolger
Laura Bolger is a solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team. Her primary focus is in the areas of breach of contract, debt recovery and insolvency.
Laura acts for plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of commercial litigation including claims for breach of contract in the District Court and Circuit Court. Laura has also acted in a number of Court Liquidations and has experience advising both the petitioner and the liquidator.
Laura is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway where she obtained her Honours Bachelor of Corporate Law Degree in 2005 and her Honours LLB Degree in 2006. Laura joined Lavelle Coleman as a trainee solicitor in 2007 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in early 2010. Laura has passed the New York State Bar exam and is due to be admitted as an Attorney at Law in the coming months.
