Human Rights
Lavelle Coleman has a long tradition of taking on rights based cases, including some of Ireland's more recent topical multi-party actions, such as the Hepatitis C cases and the institutional child abuse cases.
Fundamental rights and freedoms are constantly under review by the Courts and determinations made by the Courts can affect individuals, institutions and businesses in a number of ways. The enactment of the European Convention on Human Rights has refocused attention on rights in Ireland, and Lavelle Coleman has the experience and expertise to advise clients on rights based matters.
