Gráinne Dever
Grainne Dever is a Partner in Lavelle Coleman's Commercial Litigation team. Her expertise primarily focuses on debt recovery and mortgage litigation. She has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, for breach of contract as well as defence litigation on behalf of insurers .
Grainne has recently advised on the areas of mortgage litigation in both the Circuit Court and High Court as well as commercial litigation claims for breach of contract in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.
Grainne also has experience in advising on planning issues in particular Enforcement Proceedings.
Education and Professional Memberships
Grainne is a graduate of UCD with an honours degree in Commerce. She was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in early 2006. She recently completed a Law Society diploma in Commercial Litigation.
