Emma Burrows
Emma Burrows is a senior associate in the Commercial and Corporate Transactions team. She joined the firm in 2006 from A&L Goodbody solicitors. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, MBO's, private equity fundraisings, commercial agreements and general corporate law issues. She also regularly advises both financial institutions and borrowers in relation to their secured and unsecured financial transactions.
