Daniel Holohan

Daniel is a Solicitor in the firm’s property department and he acts for a wide range of private and institutional clients including lending institutions, leading accountancy practices and State bodies.   He has significant experience in the area of landlord and tenant law and the acquisition and disposal of commercial and retail property. He also advises on the legal issues surrounding secured and unsecured financial transactions.

 

He previously worked in international tax and he uses the experience of being on the other side of the client / professional advisor relationship to great advantage when dealing with his own clients now.

 

He graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelors degree in Commerce and then attended the University of Durham graduating with a Masters in International Trade and Commercial Law. Daniel was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011.
