Brian Baily

Brian is a partner in the Commercial Litigation department. He also heads up the Debt Recovery and Asset Recovery Group. Brian has extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Debt Recovery, having acted for banks and financial institutions in asset recovery cases as well as professional negligence actions. Brian has also represented a number of Local Authorities in relation to Compulsory Purchase Order land claims.

Education and Professional Memberships:

Brian is a law graduate from UCD and holds a post-graduate diploma in business from the Michael Smurfit School of Business. He qualified as a solicitor in 1998. In 2001 Brian achieved a Diploma in E-commerce from the Law Society. Brian is accredited as a mediator by CEDR, the London-based Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.
