Anne Smith
Anne is a solicitor in the firm’s property department where she advises clients on all aspects of will drafting and estate planning. Anne has wide ranging experience in all areas of probate and administration of deceased estates, and has acted in a wide variety of litigious probate cases.
In addition to her probate practice, Anne has comprehensive experience in all areas of conveyancing and property law and provides advice across the whole field of buying and selling residential and commercial property, refinancing, and commercial letting. She has also acted for a local authority in relation to compulsory acquisitions.
Anne graduated from U.C.D. in 2000 with a Master’s Degree and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. She also holds the Law Society’s diploma in Commercial Property.
